An adventure without limits
On foot, in a vehicle, or by boat, Puku Pan Safari Lodge offers an incredible game viewing experience. No gates, no fences, no other tourists, just your small group and an experienced guide in nature's kingdom. During a walking safari you may see big Zambia game wildlife like elephant, lion and leopard, and of course, the plentiful antelopes that roam the entire area, like puku and impala.
On the river near Kafue National Park, the peering eyes of the half submerged hippos will curiously follow your boat's course, while on the banks, prehistoric creatures like large crocodiles and monitor lizards warming their cold blooded bodies in the hot African sun. Casting long shadows on the water are the beautiful waterberry, palm and sausage trees. Their branches provide the perfect resting place for the four hundred species of birds in the area.
